No, we do not charge our customers upfront. You will be billed only after we have successfully delivered our services.
How do I request videos?
We grant you access to our internal systems where you upload your videos with ease. Send us your videos, and we will handle the rest.
Why wouldn't I just hire my own editor?
While you have the option to hire your own editor, it can often be a challenging and time-consuming process. At Unchained, we aim to simplify the process for you by assuming the responsibility of managing the editing process and conducting quality checks. This way, you can enjoy a hassle-free experience and trust in the quality of the final product.
What if I'm not happy with my video?
This doesn't happen very often but if it does - you get unlimited revisions! We'll keep tweaking things until you absolutely love your videos.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
This is rarely an issue, due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
Do you offer trials or make example videos?
Yes we have a trial package consisting of one or two videos according to your needs so that you can determine the quality of work that we do(for a fee).
